XMF has developed a long travel suspension kit to meet the demands of taking your Rhino to higher speeds and rougher terrains. Our race winning kit has been proven on the track, in the desert and on the dunes. This kit is one of the most agile kits on the market! The adjustable camber and +o forward on the front arms allows this kit to corner with ease. Provides up to 13 ¾” of wheel travel front and rear you can rip through the whoops and cruise around camp in comfort all in the same day. Specifications: Arms are 6” wider than stock per side Wheelbase - + 0” forward + 2” back Camber adjustable - up to 1 degree in the front arms Wheel travel - 13 ¾” Front and Rear Billet aluminum reservoir mounts only drilling required 4 5/16 holes Axles - XMF 4340 Heat Treated center less ground and powder coated Optional Gorilla axles and CV joints available Recommended tire size is 25” with Aftermarket 12” wheel with 5-2 offset Minor fender trimming may be required for larger tires. Uses OEM sway bar, includes sway bar mod kit 5/8” Chromalloy FK Teflon coated steering heim joints with billet aluminum steering extenders and zinc plated hardware Optional complete tie rod kit includes steel clevis that bolt into the rack allowing the use two 5/8” FK Chromalloy Teflon coated heim joints and DOM tie rods for added strength Arm Construction - 1 ¼” 4130 chromoly tubing X .120 wall thickness TIG welded for strength and appearance Front Arms- Lower- use the stock ball joint to keep OEM geometry Upper uses a ¾ FK Chromalloy Teflon coated heim joint with a tapered adapter to connect to the stock spindle with out any drilling. The tapered adapter is constructed of Chromalloy steel which is heat treated and black oxide for strength and appearance. Rear Arms – uses tube cups with CNC washer TIG welded for strength to attach hubs to arm which provides a much stronger connection than using tabs. All arms use grease able Delron bushings and crush tubes on the chassis side Powder coated finish Fit years 04 -07** 04 models may require to up grade to later model cv’s 2008 require rear brake line kit and different set of axles Lifetime warranty against manufacture defects.
